Used a horizontal drilling method to get water from the town of Ipswich to our facility without distrupting the marsh.

Garden plots are ready for blackberry and strawberry patches, which will provide organic fruit for our ice cream flavors.
After removing bags and bags of roadside debris and trash, we’ve installed bird feeders for the winged locals - red winged blackbirds, blue birds, chickadees, nuthatches and many more.

Our septic is a tight tank system designed and installed by Gloucester-based Mill River Consulting that will be pumped and treated, as opposed to leeching into the wetland.
